Dad was born in Birmingham on March 15, 1944. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family. Dad was a wonderful husband to my beautiful mother Glenys, the best dad that Rachel and myself could have wished for and a amazing grandfather to Tristan, Kieran and Alfie and will always be in our thoughts and our hearts. St Luke's is a charity that dad supported for many years and was close to his heart, so please my family, friends and colleagues, dig deep and lets do him proud. Thank you and all my love Hazel xxx
